Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga: Join me as we warm up with the Sun Salutations and continue with standing and seated postures. This "movement meditation" will include finishing postures and savasana; all while you are guided on the Eight Limbed Path to yoga! This class is practiced in a warm room, bring a towel, you will sweat.
*please note: this is not hot yoga.
Slow and Gentle Flow: Invite yourself to close your eyes and breathe your way through this flowing yoga class consisting of seated, lying down and some standing postures. Each class ends with a seated gratitude meditation after Savasana (lying down relaxation). This class is for everybody!

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
Thai Yoga Therapy: An ancient form of healing that uses the roots of yoga postures to refresh the body, mind and spirit. Imagine yourself relaxing into the hands of healing touch while being guided through appropriate movement for your body during this one-on-one instruction. This technique is done in yoga clothing on a soft cushion. You will feel refreshed, revitalized, and ready to begin again.
$125 / 75 minute session. $150 / 90 minute session SPECIAL: $90 / 90 Minute Session
Yoga Therapy: Your session will begin with a 30 minute consultation to determine the appropriate movement for your personal needs. Initial Visit: $125/ 90 minutes. Continuation: $80/ 60 minute session.
Corporate Classes: Bring good health and relaxation TO your employees. Type and Time of yoga depends upon your own needs. Please call for special rates.
