GENTLE YOGA:
Allow the days activities to melt away during this relaxing and gentle flow. All "levels" welcome!
SLOW VINYASA FLOW:
Slowly flow and breathe deeply while you burn through built up tension and tightness from day to day "drama" and "trauma" trapped in the body and mind, (the issues are in the tissues). Come as you are, and leave better because of this challenging yet relaxing series of postures that open the closed areas and tighten the loose ones. Heal your back, mend your mind, and renew your connection to spirit, as inspiring and relaxing music surrounds you. This class is for "every body".
ASHTANGA MIX/VINYASA:
This is a challenging "movement meditation" experience that builds stamina and endurance, all while removing unwanted inches. Warm up the body with Sun Salutations, and let the breath take you through a variety of postures from this Yoga Chikitsa practice (yoga therapy).
Come prepared to breathe, move, sweat, and smile from deep within!
Some yoga experience preferred.
All Classes are practiced in a 75-78 degree room, this is not "hot yoga", but you will sweat, so bring a towel.
