TESTIMONIALS:
"The Franklin Yoga Center Teacher Training Program is an exceptional program that teaches not only the fundamentals of yoga, but also teaches you how to live to the fullest. My experience with the teacher training program prepared me to teach the 8 limbs of yoga with equanimity and wholeness. I have learned to "Live My Yoga" on and off the mat. My fabulous experience has fulfilled my life and my yoga forever." -Stephanie Stanley, RYT Spring 2007
"The yoga teacher training course really opened my eyes, the front and the back of my eyes. The daily practice helped open my body and my mind and even on days when my practice didn't feel up to par, I still felt growth, growth from the inside which, ultimately, was as important as becoming more flexible with my body. The knowledge and confidence I gained from the course have been invaluable to me as I continue to practice, teach, and live." -Jerry Painter, RYT Spring 2004
"After a year of contemplation, I enrolled in the FYC teacher training program. My challenge was finding the right one. While there are many excellent programs available, Kathleen Perry's course suited my individual needs. As a wife and stay-at-home mom, I was able to successfully complete training. Currently, I am teaching three weekly classes in the Middle Tennessee area. Kathi's compassionate approach provided me with the knowledge to teach multi level classes in the Ashtanga/Vinyasa style. Thank you for your guidance Kathi, I am grateful to share the gift of yoga." Shawnmarie Bane, 2008
